PHASE & CYCLE examines the ever shifting internal impact of the phases of my feminine cycle and the external impact of the phases of the moon. A series of daily observations, accessed through intuitive embodiment practice, are filmed as I sit down at my kitchen table and complete pieces on paper, journaling with paint and pastel felt states. The speculative data collected from these momentary states of being, are then evaluated on an accuracy scale based on the given cycle’s known hormonal and energetic effects, then logged in the Lab Report.
